Corporate Payment Options
We accept payment via BACS transfer or cheque and will provide you with a VAT-registered invoice for all transactions. Discounted tickets and wristbands can be purchased online if preferable.
We understand how difficult it can be organising a corporate event, in particular finalising numbers and getting people to respond! This can make payment terms difficult and, often, companies can be left out of pocket because of lack of numbers on the day.
At Ocean Beach Corporate Events, we try to make payment terms as flexible as possible for you, with staged payments, giving you time to confirm your numbers.
We therefore apply the following payment stages when booking one of our Fundays.
|35% of your bill||60 days in advance|
|35% of your bill||7 days in advance|
|30% of your bill||Within 30 days after the event|
We will work with you after the event to provide you with final numbers of attendees and tokens used (if applicable), as we track all of this information on the day.
We then provide you with the option of clawing 20% of your no-shows back within your final post-event invoice*
*500 minimum event attendees rule applies.
